Awareness

When I was in this asana, it was a really good stretch for my hamstrings and worked my quadriceps because I had to work hard to contract them in order to balance in the pose. My hips are usually tight, but I could feel them loosening as I worked to hold the pose. The hardest part was probably opening my heart center, as I had to do it slowly so my balance wouldn't be thrown off, but it was a good challenge for me.
